1.To whom it may concern: Notice is given that the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Pittsburgh District will be closing the 56-ft x 360-ft lock chamber, at C.W. Bill Young to perform maintenance. The maintenance will be performed between March 16 and April 10, 2026. 2. A full river closure at C.W. Bill Young will be in effect during the maintenance. 3. All mariners in the area are requested to monitor marine radio channel 13 for updates and/or changes during this closure period. |
