On Wednesday, January 28, 2026, Mid-State Construction Co, Inc. will begin onsite work for the S.R. 95 Bridge Repair project on the London/Roane County line at CRM 21.7. A containment system for blasting and painting structural steel will be in place that will reduce the vertical clearance for vessels by four (4) feet. No project activities that reduce the horizontal clearance are anticipated and no floating plant will be moored on site. Contract diving operations will also be conducted throughout bridge repairs. All navigational traffic please use caution while in the area and observe all navigational traffic signs.  Work will be conducted between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. every day until the scheduled completion on August 31st, 2026.
