| SAILING INSRUCTIONS DOWNSTREAM APPROACH AT NORRELL LOCK AND DAM (NM 10.3) MCCLELLAN-KERR ARKANSAS RIVER NAVIGATION SYSTEM | |||||||||
Due to shoaling and low White River stages, it is recommended to draft no more than 8 ft from NM 9.6 to NM 10.3. Additionally, it is advised to follow the centerline in this area. This issue is expected to improve as water levels rise in the coming days.
