Notice is given to mariners that Manson Construction Company’s hopper dredge Newport will begin maintenance dredging operations in the Panama City Harbor on or around 11 December 2025. Dredging operations will be conducted in the entrance and bar channel areas. The dredge will be placing material into an approved open water placement site located along the west jetty. Dredging activities are expected to continue for approximately two weeks. The dredge can be contacted on VHF Channels 13 and 16.

Mariners should exercise extreme caution when transiting the area.
