Starved Rock Lock and Dam will be closed to navigation on Monday 1 December from 1000 to 1400 hrs.  Electrical power will be cut off during this time to allow the electricians to make service power connections to the new bubbler compressors.  Mariners are reminded not to tie up on the guide walls unless directed by lock staff.  Please contact the lock at 815-667-4114 or on channel 14 for assistance.
