OPERATIONAL STATUS – POE AND MACARTHUR LOCKS ST. MARYS FALLS CANAL

1. The Poe Lock will be temporarily closed January 6, 2026 with January 7 as a backup day for dewater preparation diving work. The closure will be from 0800-1700. The lock will be reopened as soon as diving operations are complete. 2. If the MacArthur Lock has not closed for the season it will be operational for traffic. 3.
