SAILING LINE UPDATE Seventy-Six Towhead Light Upper Mississippi River Mile 92 - 89.5
  1. At Seventy-Six Towhead Light, the sailing line has been updated from mile 92 to 89.5 Upper Mississippi River to follow the thalweg of the river.   At mile 91 UMR, the sailing line was adjusted approximately 250-ft left.  In addition, the USCG has reset the three green buoys from river mile 91 to 90.5 marking 9-ft depth at the low water reference plane.
  2. The available channel width from the left bank to the the green buoys is 600 feet wide.

  3. The updated sailing line is available with the current IENC download, U37UM000, and is available at https://ienccloud.us/.
