Notice is given to mariners that Encore Dredging Partners’ cutterhead dredge America will begin maintenance dredging operations in the Perdido Pass, AL on or around 24 November 2025. The dredge will be placing material on the southern end of Bird Island and along the beachfront both east and west of the jetties. Dredging activities are expected to continue for approximately three weeks. The dredge can be contacted on VHF Channels 13 and 16.

Mariners should exercise extreme caution when transiting the area.
