The series of Federal mooring cells upstream of KY Lock at TRM23.4 are out of service and not to be utilized or moored on due to a sunken barge located at cell #6 and #7. This barge location is currently marked with a white buoy.
All vessels, both upbound and downbound, are asked to use extreme caution when transiting the area and avoid any contact with Federal Mooring Cell #6 & 7 until further notice. |
