1. Recent project condition surveys on the St. Clair River, MI indicate shoaling in the navigation channel.

2. Shoaling is present at the Middle Ground shoal, Project Stationing 1422+00 to 1430+00 with depths as shallow as 25.5’ below the International Great Lakes Datum of 1985 (IGLD1985), Low water datum (LWD) , on the eastern half of the channel.  Project depth for this section of the St. Clair River is authorized to 27.3’ IGLD1985, LWD. 

3. The most recent project condition survey is attached to this notice.  The western 600’ of channel is at or below project depth at the time of the survey conducted on 22NOV2022.
