| REPORTED SHOALING – HOLLAND HARBOR, MI | |||||||||
1. Recent project condition surveys at Holland Harbor, MI, indicate shoaling in the navigation channel.
2. Shoaling is present at the entrance of the channel throughout project stationing -08+00 to -12+00 with depths as shallow as 20.2 feet below the International Great Lakes Datum of 1985 (IGLD85), Low Water Datum (LWD) in the center of the channel. Project depth for the reach of navigation channel is authorized to 23.0’ below IGLD85, LWD.
